Salary range and bonus for expansion?

It don’t matter. Gonna take at least 6-9 months to get on formulary at the hospitals if all all. I stayed at AZ. Cardiologists said stick with currrent product as it’s on formulary. Just have to add the new indication when approved in the summer.

Many have offers in hand many waiting it sounds like I’m also still waiting this is my first time posting here, I’m not comfortable with the way this has gone and I don’t think it’s right we are all waiting weeks and months.[/QUOT

please don’t take this the wrong way. Sorry you didn’t hear anything. I got my verbal offer 3 days after final interviews. Written followed the next week. Companies often don’t notify until all positions are filled in case they have to go to 2nd, 3rd choice, etc.

Congrats glad to know someone was treated correctly. It sounds like many are leaving the process for other opportunities which is to be expected. I waited over 6 weeks and am going to Celgene, couldn’t be happier. $225 far cry from Lexicon. See ya!

yeah I think you're correct. Those waiting are on ice until they find out if choice one accepts the offer. Then again the earlier week interviews didn't have an overwhelmed recruiter/staff trying to make said offers. Week 1 -100 people were interviewing, week 2 a total of 200 by week 3 ( my week) 300 were. So maybe the process is taking longer by week 3 of interviews?

This launch is going to be very slow to penetrate the market. Hospital formulary will take a year. I can’t get an answer when of what lexicon considers the timeline. Let’s party and see

I plan to do the same I have a position I’ve accepted and am still looking I don’t feel good about this place and will continue to look on the side until I get something better.
IM DOING THE EXACT SAME, I WAS HIRED 2 MONTHS AGO AND AM INTERVIEWING AND CONSTANTLY LOOKING I WILL RIDE THIS JOKE OUT UNTIL I GET SOMETHING BETTER ASS WIPES.

this was my plan too but it seems they are using me as the spare. Over 2 weeks from Houston no follow up those mother fuckers. One jackass I interviewed with definitely didn't like me. I felt like I was being interrogated not interviewed.

I was just offered what I asked in order to leave present job….starting salary $180. I wasn't leaving for anything less. Been around a long time with a lot of experience and relationships.. $.30/mile also, $45,000 paid annually if at target but paid out quarterly.
