Sage Therapeutics

Thank you for the information. This is not the worst recruiters that I have worked with but very close. If you are not going to forward someone on to the next step don’t say you will. If you do get moved on, the glorified DM should let you know if they are not going to call you. Best of luck to all that are in this race. The product seems like a great one that will help a lot of moms. Sage should come out with something for the dads. Have a great day all.

When I was looking on the job site for open positions I only saw KAM positions open and assumed that was the sales role. Do they also have TBS along with KA'M's. I didnt see any TBS roles posted.

This will be an ok gig if you are unemployed and need a paycheck. It’s going to be a hard sale.

As for TSP, these guys are clueless on recruiting. I watched them struggle to fill the Dermira spots. And they won’t email or call you back if their life depended on it.
the most unorganized recruiting firm with no follow follow up

What was the base salary range for key account managers ? Any idea?
Thank you

QUOTE="anonymous, post: 6087582"]I had phone interview with TSP and the hiring manager. There will be 2 F2F interviewing events - Week of 8/13 and 8/20 - locations to be determined. Offers to be made by 9/10 w start date of 10/1. I don't mean this is any type of condescending way - just want to provide information - but if you have not been part of interview process for brand new sales force, it tends to be chaotic as there are many moving parts. I was impressed with everything I have researched and learned in my interviews. I think this is going to be a great company to work for. Making smart decisions to get everything set up for a successful launch. At this point I have no idea if I will be moving forward, but I hope that I get the opportunity.[/QUOTE]

Same as the above poster..I had a phone screen and 30 min call with Recruitor and then an hour call with the hiring manager..has anyone heard when you will be getting calls for the hiring events? I know they said Aug 20 in Chicago? Thanks!

I respectfully disagree. It’s not disorganized; it’s just not moving at a pace you all would prefer.

All of this was posted back in June, but here you go -

If you’re selected to move beyond the initial recruiter phone screen, then there will be a phone conversation with the hiring manager. Ace that and some point toward late July/early August, there will be a f2f with hiring manager. August 13th and August 20th are hiring events, I suspect one East and one West. At the end of August or beginning of September offers will go out. Training end of Sept/beginning of Oct. “Soft launch” November into December with PDUFA set for Dec 19th. Jobs are posted until there’s an ass in the chair.

One hiring event is the week of 8/20/18 in Atlanta.

TSP has no idea what they are doing. They are concerned about getting a bunch of candidates to hiring managers regardless of their credentials. They are more concerned with timelines than quality candidates. I have moved forward to the hiring mgr along with a couple of complete losers while some great candidates can't get the time of day from TSP. It's better for me but I don't want stuck on a team of misfits because TSP was more concerned with quantity than quality.

This is typical of TPS during recruiting. And, you are then working with a bunch of people who have no idea about anything, including basic account management, hospital selling or compliance.
