The posts are interesting, well some of them. Good ole anonymity...brings out the best in people. I have some serious hesitations with this position and i havent decided on what im going to do. This product is going to take serious work to get off of the ground. That's ok, IF I'm incentivized for it. I'm in a good place now and my base PLUS Bonus is significantly higher than Sage's salary alone. Sage's salary is higher but we don't even know the bonus...nor does Sage it seems. I still don't know the benefits or if they are offering stock. I love the manager but I've heard from friends in the industry that some of the upper management is not so great.
I don't know, i think for me its going to come down to the package offered. It is a risky jump and I think the downside outweighes the upside. Does a rep really benefit from onboarding early on? If the product is successful you get to keep your job and maybe make some money on bonus. If its not successful you're booted.
We'll see what the offer is...it's going to have to be a strong one. I'm hopeful though and i do like the culture.

Saw some openings for the Mid atlantic area for the TBS positions. Are they still hiring for DC Maryland and VA areas? Postings still being forwarded from job boards.
Anyone know when the interview and hire dates are?
How much Neuro experience r they looking for if any?
Hey moron....you get $1,000 toward buying a new phone every 2 years.... You get $100.00 per month towards your phone.....The company is very tech savy. All the "shade" ppl r throwing about the company seems 2 b from disgruntled ppl who didnt get a call back....no one said it'd be an easy sell. They dont want sample droppers.
Ok know-it-all. You are correct no change to PDUFA or AdComm. However, have you considered this. AdComm outcome weighs very heavy on what this drug will look like in the market. Discussion and recommendation on site of infusion (betting hospital only, as that is where it was studied) and then, were there enough patients in clinical trial to determine safety but more importantly efficacy - and in what patient population. Pending AdComm outcome, Sage will then finalize label. Lots of questions? You are correct that Sage would have to be transparent in disclosing, but there isn’t anything to disclose right now. Who’s calling who stupid?!?Come on. Your stupid but not that stupid are you?! No changes to PUDUFA date or FDA Advisory Board Meeting. So if you personally have some inside knowlege that Others don’t please enlighten us all. The reality is that if there were problems Sage would have to be transparent about them or risk massive lawsuits from shareholders. Companies can’t withold info like that. So which is bigger? The peas your Mommy makes you eat or your brain? Get a life shithead
I heard $120k was the maximum. Seems really low for the skill set needed.

So TBS calls on offices and KAMs call on hospitals? What's the difference w the call points?
I applied recently in the last two weeks but noticed the ads were posted 4 months ago. What's the deal w that?? I would think they would have hired people by now.
Haven't heard anything from anyone and I applied directly on the website. I have just 3 yrs of CNS/Neuro in private office settings no hospital.
They do not want reps. They want people with diverse selling exp in multiple spaces. People that look at selling as an account manager.
I think it depends upon the hiring manager. Some people have only worked in one type of setting and got hired. I'm interviewing this week. The salary will determine whether I accept an offer or not- if an offer is provided. I was told that the KAM role paid max $150 and the TS role pays max $130. I will need more.
Same. It’s going to depend on the package offer. My reasons are: the risk, the amount of work this will take, the geography. My bonus ranges from 40-60k currently. That has to be taken into account.
If the salary is significantly more, amazing benefits, stock options...then it may be worth a shot.
I believe there are stock options, base in the low $130s, 40K bonus, unlimited PTO.
Unlimited PTO??!!!
You’re hilarious
