OK , so you don't think buy and bill will work. Well, so far, nothing is working! The growth boards are different weekly, hence, the fill rates are all over the place week to week. The ONLY reps that have any consistency are in Florida. That speaks for itself. FLORIDA! Perfect demographics! What about the other 95%? Up and down and up and down? Just want to hear the guys in the ivory tower admit that we have NO control over fills. It is a lot of 'where' your territory is, and luck. I know great reps, getting Docs to write- job done. What the PATIENT does from the privacy of their own home when the pharmacy calls, is their decision. We have no say.

RBC just took down the stock price (33%)- "highly speculative". Fla will not save this product or the company. They needed to get rid of the c suite yesterday
 












Yes, someone said it perfectly when they said our revenue is based on what patient does. So are our bonuses!!! This not being a typical drug that someone would fill asap, for their health and well being, they can fill or not fill this, whenever.
 






There are reps growing script submissions, and doing very well there! as they should! Then, the patients choose not to fill, and the representative gets nothing! Even after doing his job! That's insane. Again, repeat, this is not the job you came from. Very different here. Patients can live without this drop. Many other scripts, patients lives depend on filling them. Get it???? I think there are some that do not.
 






Yeah, and there is a reason the sales reports have different reps on them weekly for fills. There is no way to control consistence of these. ( with an exception of Florida). Keep a close eye on that revolving door. It speaks volumes! Does suck for the reps creating new business every day , Dr's are writing! But no kudos for that. Or $$$$$$$ This is a weird set up.

It was set up to fail. Its an OTC/ cosmetic molecule with a script price tag. It needs to be sold through Sephora

And they can use it " whenever "- a 30 day supply used on weekends lasts 6 months. So even 1 fill wont matter next month when there is no refill. Drs warn against using it every day for rebound effects and dry eyes.
 






Pay attention to the revolving door of people that have left internally and also in the field. Kelly left, medical left, a couple of people were let go and no one is getting replaced. Do you see what's happening here? The field just heard about this and no wonder more and more people are going to leave. I am 1 foot out the door. A friend of mine just resigned as well. This place is hopeless. I just called Kelly to ask a question and found out that she was no longer with the organisation. Great communication people.

There is no money to replace people. BM has over 2m shares of this shitshow. He and JDS just want to cash in and do not want to wait for the 5 year vesting to collect. They want to sell to whoever is foolish enough to buy. The problem is no want wants to buy a bad idea and the Revenue and debt numbers will not lie.

Most of us don't really care. Reality is that we are all interviewing and looking to leave. No one here cares about people. These people that run the show are cheap bastards they just care about their $. You will see a mass Exodus soon.

The market research was not done on the consumer prior to the launch. What a bunch of amateur leaders!
They put a group of sales people out in the field to do it! So now the results are in- only a small group of consumers want/need to fill and think Upneeqs price warrants its use! Who gave these guys money? All the failures they directed and blamed their reports/people they hired and fired?! Now they are just putting bandaids on a gapeing wound and hoping for a blind investor

Don’t all pharmaceutical products require pull through? No managed care sounds like a dream. Why is this one so much different with the fall out being at the pharmacy level bc the patient doesn’t pick it up? What were all the existing reps selling before that didn’t require pull through? And was there a time that the RVL reps were making money just based on the script going to the pharmacy not being filled? And it’s an eye drop, so with the exception of an acute condition or glaucoma, there aren’t many eye drops that are saving your sight. So just waiting to hear from the existing team....... no sun people please.

You must be an absolute moron if you're still interviewing at this dump. Even a basic google search will tell you everything you need to know...penny stocks, horrible reviews, multiple layoffs, harassment lawsuit. You've obviously read CP if you're asking for sun people not to comment. What possible upside do you see to working here? Because I have a bridge in Brooklyn I can sell you for a song...
