Rut Row

Honestly, what has she earned during her tenure other than a paycheck?

Exactly, excellent at avoiding field calls, excellent at mandating meaningless monthly cc with her staff, excellent at passing along any errors to staff below her pay grade. The list can go on and on

Hell, with these attributes, she'll fit right in with IT

All around management sucks, including the RSD's, KN, AB, DU, reimbursement and customer service! Don't even get me started on the management from Mednet! Respect? No one is respected or gives respect. We gripe about the inside and the comp while we barely work 4 hours a day. The inside avoids our whining and has simply shut down on trying to make things better. Their "leader" is clearly overwhelmed and I don't expect her to be around much longer. Our "leader" twice fired KN just sends off stupid rambling emails of hope and change, intimidates those who are not in his circle heading to strip clubs and drinking and talks about all the other executive leadership in such a way that it proves he is not a leader. I can write a whole post on HR but won't. And the board and others are just watching this place burn to the ground. This is one of the most screwed up places I have ever worked. It is one big cancer if you ask me. But I have a second interview next week someplace else and will soon be healed!

Hahahahahaha! You idiots really think the leadership team or the board reads this complaint board? They don't care what we think. That should be clear by how they treat us. No communication, constant plan changes, broken promises of new products or hell even keep current product in stock, weak field management and the list goes on. The only way it will get better is if you don't work here. Waiting for these circus clowns to wise up is futile. ALL the management is horrible not just CS. All. What a joke! Not sure about the comment about Mednet. They seem to have it more together than we do!

Good luck wherever you land. I’m sure you will find something to bitch about there quickly as well.

Respect flows from the top down. How is that working for us? Good luck on the job interview.

let me give you a different view as one of the people on the list that has left. the issues are at the SVP and CEO, COO and CFO level. I sat in many meetings where potential issues that impact sales, patients and doctors are brought up. we were told to move forward anyway. we were even told by the SALES SVP to keep sales out of the loop on some of the things. Hell, communication on products and other things are not shared until it is dumped on the departments. this includes mergers. the senior team is an elitist secret society who makes all decisions in a vacuum and force the VP and Directors to implement it. I am not taking up for the management team but I want to share all sides. they are tired too. I just hope they get out like I did.

Im sure the board of directors have already had meetings pertaining to upcoming fire sales. Some of these mergers never made sense, both from the business and financial sides. I could be wrong but have any of these seen a profit? Look at some of the past contracting with Keiser, Aetna, Cigna etc.etc.

What a bunch of chronic complainers...

Perhaps you should change your attitude OR get off your duff and help make it better. Some do work hard and I assume you think it's for your benefit only...

WOW 4 hours or less/day (or is that per week) - I bet you have time for a second job!!!

Lol!! Kenna, Spend less time on this site and a lot less time staggering from Bar to Bar with Andy and maybe you'll actually do something that will make a difference. But then again talking to you Andy is like giving the town drunk advice.

Did anyone see the Biotelemetry newsletter? How exciting was that! I noticed UJ was not in the photo at the NASDAQ bell ringing ceremony - was it her ego or her ass that was too big for the shot? Or was it simply too many problems back at the insane asylum for her to get away for a day?
