You are dreaming if you think quota relief will ever come. This company has a clear history of being relentless with inflated quotas and especially with their tactic over the last 3 quarters of waiting as long as humanly possible to give the full quarter's quota until the first month is in the bank. It's cheap and disrespectful and sends a clear message that we are all expendable.
I disagree, they have done the right thing with quotas in the past.
United and Kaiser has made a huge impact on a lot of territories, these are last year wins/loses. We have reps that blew out January quotas and are on auto pilot for the year. Half way is a great time to balance things out.

The past is the past and the past you refer to has not been demonstrated in any of the last three quarters. If they want to earn back the trust and loyalty of the sale team, their chance to do so is now - Q3 and Q4 quotas will tell the tale.

With stock prices down for the year along with unmet overall sales numbers, we can all count on inflated quotas. One thing you can count on will be annual increases for the brass along with additional stock offerings.

Currently taking bets for how deep into July it will be before we get Q3 quotas and what the excuse for the delay will be this time.

My guess will be after the holiday weekend, summer picnics, executive vacations, our quotas should arrive by July 21st. Wait, I forgot to add mending all the hangovers, August 11th

And the list goes on - upper management who have left in the last 12 months:

Let's look at this list. I don't even know some of these yahoos! But you listed Tony, Thelma and Bill? Wow. The company is better off without those three. Anna was a loss. But be real she didn't bend over backwards to help us in the field. I would suggest customer service uppers, barbie's hubby in sales and some senior execs go next.

Im sure after this latest news from Jersey, that list will soon grow

This looks like a list that Bill would write. He must have gotten his little feelings hurt because no one even blinked when he left. Let's talk about why. Crappy systems, over worked staff, a new system he couldn't get off the ground, botched customer visits and let's not even start on Access! This guy was a walking case of ADD and couldn't complete a task if he received it already done. At least that's what KN Barbie's Husband is saying. I believe him because he was actually sober when he said it! Hahaha!

Here's a thought. Perhaps if you were out selling instead of using your time to post on this board in the middle of the morning your could make some money and along with that help the company.
Nah, it's more fun to gripe.
