Infact, they acknowledge that there are errors in our data reporting on the SP and the NBRx side, which they are trying to resolve. My question is wtf is the analytics doing?

Bobby got promoted to all Analytics, including Nemo, which goes to show how stupid this place is, because as we all know he hasn’t delivered anything and his pet walking HR violation marc got promoted too. I am very much at Galderma unfortunately. I also know he got promoted. agree with you its a joke. He is there because Deb Hagan (another idiot) needs someone loyal. She cant have mutiny on her hands that nothing is working and its all shit. so they are hiding shit fromt eh global teams. Bobby still being there only has to do with Galderma being a shit brand in the market and DH needing some continuity. Her launch plan is poor. Analytics team is shit. Reputation is horrible because the person who started this team was a pure b**ch. she is home but her shitpile remains. Wtf have they achoeved reslly beyind hiring contractors / consultants / vendors to do the work and build slides. The shit they need for us to be smart and operate this thing doesn’t work. This post dint age well. Most people got fired. And the remaining ones will get fired soon.some good points here but the managers meeting was a very good meeting. A bit long but good. Some directors need to get their shit together and start focusing on their people and not on drinking and making friends. As far as Sr Leadership goes, AL seems to know what she’s doing, TL is solid as shit and our marketing team is very much with it. I think we surprise people. And if you are at Galderma why would you wish the failure of this launch? You sound like an employee who was turned down for the role.
