Don’t worry, the consultants are working tirelessly and burning our money at both ends to pump out manual reports. Bobby is bad, Marc might be worse tho tbh. Big hat, no cattle.
consultants do the work but they also like to talk a lot. guess what they think about bobby, marc and the KG analytics team. They think we are retarded because we cant get the basics right. They call us "Calendar Kings". Set up the meeting to tell what to do. No skill at all to understand where the market is and will be. waste of time and money and breathing space.

As an HQ leader, I have access to teh analytics teams and whatever is being said above is true. Infact, they acknowledge that there are errors in our data reporting on the SP and the NBRx side, which they are trying to resolve. My question is wtf is the analytics doing?
Yes, yes yes! Analytics are the reason we can’t make our net sales numbers. Fix the analytics, fix net sales!
To fix analytics we need people who know what to do. Fire Bobby and Tom and see how immediately the situation get a lot better.
Clearly you don’t work for Galderma, or live under a rock. Bobby got promoted to all Analytics, including Nemo, which goes to show how stupid this place is, because as we all know he hasn’t delivered anything and his pet walking HR violation marc got promoted too. This place is a JOKE.

Bringing talent in is impossible. Galderma’s reputation is terrible. Why would any talent with experience from a larger company come here?
Reputation is horrible because the person who started this team was a pure b**ch. she is home but her shitpile remains. Wtf have they achoeved reslly beyind hiring contractors / consultants / vendors to do the work and build slides. The shit they need for us to be smart and operate this thing doesn’t work. Reorganize doesn’t mean it’ll start working. I asked some questions to the analytics team and was surprised by their lack of understanding of the drug wnd their inexperience. We are screwed.

d day is coming for the Rx team. Hope it’s swift and painful. Would be great to have new leaders across the board supporting marketing and analytics. Joined the team recently and can tell you this is most disorganized place ever. No idea about what’s happening.
Making Nemo hard to get for IDN based docs or groups with tight links to IDNs was a very stupid idea. Have had several decline to use once they had to go outside their preferred Specialty Partner.
