rotech troubles

Miss Shoe Sales Woman thats not nice. Its either you or one of your staff members.

This is why Rotech won't be around for long. People like you who come down to another location spread junk about me and then mess up at least three pts. I had to fix three pts that you messed up. Way to go and I hope you don't mess them up when you are down there Mon, Tues and Wends.:confused: They need that VA contract and with your help that is sure to go away.

My AM was not Craig, but he has a mess of his own. He was based out of my old location, Pottstown.

Anyway I hope Pottstown stays around or the people there get new jobs before they close the location. I just hope they do get new jobs, for their sake.

what has happened in this region? is it reallly such a change from joe and how he did things? i can see some points about renee, she has a sharp tongue sometimes among other things but is it that bad? i just haven't experienced the problems everyone else has, i guess. i have a good AM and a good staff to thank.
 






It is very different from when Joe was here. It doesn't help that they cut staff and pay. When then happened it was a 180. People got really mad and started looking for new jobs. People are starting to hire and they bailing. We got some info before the pay the cut about the top two people spilting a 2.5 million bonus, then they cut our pay. That didn't sit well with most people.
Renee doesn't know how to treat people. There are only two people left at my old location and she is already giving them hell. I guess she doesn't care if that location closes.
 






Don't forget her paycheck and bonuses depends on how well her locations produce. Thats why the weekly reports to let her know what setups have been done that week. Meaning 02 and Paps.
 






Joker - I feel your pain. I too have given everything I could with working 12 hrs a day and Saturdays. No one appreciates what you do or says "Good Job" - oh yeah - except to the Sales Reps Ops side is nothing. Let's see - if the paperwork doesn't get done, does the rep get the points? If the deliveries are not done timely by the PST, does the Rep get repeat business? Bonuses for the CSR & PST is a joke. But then - so is my paycheck

Sadly - another good person is gone and more to go soon I am sure, including myself. All that will be left are rejects from Apria that continue to milk the system and make everyone's life miserable and quality care a thing of the past.

Now is the time for you to give info to the share holders that are looking for REAL info on what is going on inside of Rotech. What the heck, even the other "R" might be looking for info on what is really going on in her new area that so many are running out the door.

Your area of Rotech has been going downhill d/t a direct lack of leadership in the past five years. At some point it does catch up with a company no matter who tries to hide stuff.

I don't know which area you refer to as being on a downhill slide, but my location here in pa is doing great. My reports are always on time, my spreadsheets are always completed using the correct color codes, and my peeps do a bang-up job on the inventory reports. What more can the cheese ask for?
On the other hand, my pst turnover is horrible, and there's not much in the way of any new business. (But my location's marketing rep will take the heat for that).
My job as an lcm has, and will continue to be, rock solid.

Now we're down to 1 branch, and w/out a doubt....Dieing. And get this---That RT now owns his own dme in this same area. (you can guess the rest)
All should be impressed how rotech has not seen fit to hang me out, due to their own mistakes. In fact, they have stood beside me in spite of about anything you could possibly imagine.

It's really pretty simple. If they weren't afraid you would head across town and join the enlighted RT, I suspect whey wouldn't stand so close to you. They are obviously afraid of your referral/customer relationships.
