They wont replace him now, its been too long. They will cut the field force by 40 or 50% and go down to 6 DMs and one NSD. They will gut the ABMs and get rid of PA. I would bet Duran is inline for the NSD position. Joe cant find anyone outside his network and he will keep his friends and family close. The best thing for Dendreon is to get rid of all the J&J boys club, but we know that will never happen
