Reverse Split and Spend Reporting


Not a manager here, but if you are so miserable, why are you having a hard time leaving? Just get another job. Hopefully it will be with a company that didn't just participate in a reverse split. Because, God knows that affects your take on the companies success. You have to keep your head buried up your ass if you can't see the company is going places. A $1.1B valuation with VC backers of the highest decour don't come around very often. If you want to work for the pfizers of the world and less of a start up, then don't let the door hit your ass on the way out. People amaze me at complete arrogance and ignorance. I am sure you have a bachelors from a nice college, but please don't forget to mention to the hiring managers that you reveived your PhD from Google Search.

Such a lifetime sales rep. You will be a regular territory rep for your entire life because your attitude is garbage and your pessimistic outlook is trash. Simple as that. I would likely bet you are 38-45 and still selling at the territory rep level.

Don't normally comment, but I have to say ...... after reading it over several times and to whoever made the above statement ...... you have a severe attitude problem. It took you several times of reading it to determine they have a attitude problem. Your a bit slow. Sound like mgmt to me. Maybe NY?
 






Its normal for a stock to go down after the IPO? What a moron. The reason it does is because the underlying rational actually hits the light of day and for this one it is a killer. The shorts are all over this.

I think you're just looking to argue. I would include 3. The 2 you mentioned and yourself. Geez.....some people just like to argue with a sign post. Go back to your accounts and argue with them about why they're not ordering more often from you.

There's nothing wrong with wanting to be a territory rep. I know several who are much better at doing that than some mangers who I would list as incompetent. We need good people at all capacities. Employees are the backbone of any company. I'm assuming you're another manager? Hard to believe at this day and age we actually have someone with this kind of attitude overseeing others. Instead of criticizing everyone, take a step back and find something about your employees you can congratulate them on. Your current attitude is toxic to our company, to your reps and most importantly to yourself. Soon, we'll be cleaning house and I hope you get caught up in the broom.

Yikes. I would agree that we need good people at all capacities. Especially considering you can make great money as a territory rep (much higher than national average of family income). It's a great way to make a living. Doesn't sound like a manager, just a troll. Let's not get all worked up.
 






This company is a micromanaging HELL! Even worse, the managers micromanaging don't have a clue to what the hell they are doing! No experience or structure in this hell hole! Time to run and get the f$ck out.
 



So, I think the technology is great. The potential in oncology is going to be pretty cool. Micro management is expected for a company just recently public and still considered a start up. Run if you want, this company is going places though. Just have to grind it through these hard and stressful times.

There is no way you can be serious. Leadership is doing fine. We just have to weed out the folks who are negative and don't work. It will all be ok. New expansion coming in 2016 for oncology. Then the real trail blazers will light a path and profit margins will be huge. You just wait and see. Come back and troll our board after you have been fired or quit in a year. We shall see what it is then.
