Reverse Split and Spend Reporting

Wow, a reverse split of the shares we were given. I know, I know, this often happens during an IPO...but I love how they try to tell us that it's a good thing for the reps. Let me put this into simple terms, you now have fewer shares with higher strike prices...any questions?

How about that email on reporting physician spending? Welcome to pharma. Litteraly! Turn out the lights, the party is over.

Yep. Pretty SOP now with the impending IPO. We have investors to impress and numbers to hit. Those who do not reach the mark or aren't showing improvement will be shown the door because this company no longer hinges on the dollars of VC and private investors but is now open to public eyes. The reporting has everything to do with the investors and making sure all our T are crossed and I's are dotted. It does suck ass, but, just like SF requirements, everyone is having to check the box while also producing results so that we can show that the salesforce is a sustainable and viable amenity to the company. Having to report and keep dollars down per physician is really nothing new to anyone as most MD's have a pre disposition to reps because of the Sunshine Act. We were never really enforced like a pharma company before because we were private. IN that regards, we are entering the big leagues and things will be much different from here on out.

hahahahahahahahaha...........replace ALL of management and 2 positive things will happen.

Yeah, we have to put our big boy / girl pants on and behave like a legitimate company. Sounds like a good move in the end. The losers and trolls will find a way to make it into a much bigger deal than it really is.

You really know how to quench your thirst from the company kool-aid. On the other hand, you really have no other choice. Obviously one of our managers finds the time to frequently come here. Me? I'm spending my time looking to get the f$#% out of dodge, compadre'.

LMAO.........I can still see KS face and remember hearing other managers saying how they absolutely must hire multiple sales reps for what should be 1 rep for a particular area. I can recall another manager saying mass hiring is a "good" sign. Now, most likely, same manager comes here and says we'll have to put our big boy pants on. I know our incompetent managers make enough money so that when our company goes down in flames they'll survive. I wonder how they sleep at night whenever they look a rep in the eyes and try to keep a positive spin? Knowing that most reps lives will be screwed.

I like to end my day with a piece of delicious cake. It calms down all of life's little worries.

Best,

Feels like the days of Liposcience. Reverse split didn't do much for me ther and it isn't going to do much for me here.

what a homo........point to the successes of a reverse split. Don't really blame you though. In your position you have to be positive.

"What a homo?" Seriously? How old are you? What does anything that was said that you quoted and responded have to do with one man having sex with another man? Incredible you have a job at all. Grow up. Also, I've been involved and known many a company where reverse split has worked fantastically. Your attitude, your ethics will be the sole reason you will always be a nobody. A lifetime "territory manager." Enjoy your success!

Who cares start shorting this POS right now. Just like the 2Q13 with SQNM made the most $$ I've ever made and this one will be the same. NIPT is dead just a commodity with no patent protection and a declining price per test everyday.

Sorry s#$%head.........let me clarify. My age? Over 12. Not so sure about you. What does it have to do with one man having sex with another? Obviously I struck a nerve here. Ok. Here ya go. Companies pull off reverse splits to keep their stock prices out of the cellar. In part, it's aesthetics and public relations: A stock price in the pennies-to-a-few-dollars range just looks bad. But there are also practical reasons: To remain listed on a major stock exchange, a company usually has to maintain a stock price above a certain level, often $1. In 2009, for example, financial giant American International Group was in danger of being pulled off the New York Stock Exchange when its stock fell below $2. The solution: a 1-for-20 reverse split that boosted the price above $20.

Tool. Another know it all. If you were as smart as you claim to be, I'm sure you'd be working on Wall St. bragging to us about your portfolio. Get a life. You literally have no clue what you are talking about. Way to use AIG as your example. Anyone who can google would find that at the top of search results for reverse splits. It was a classic and widely publicized.

Down 3% in the first day post IPO. I thought the honeymoon was supposed to last a couple of months too bad SQNM spoiled it for all NIPT. The investors see through the hype of it all and want nothing to do with it.

It's 1000% normal to go down post IPO you moron. Natera isn't Seq. Not even close. Go troll another board. I hear their stock is at $3/share, maybe you can go talk to them about being down. LOL

Wow. You couldn't show your lack of intelligence if you tried. Yes. Of course I searched it and you thought I should be working on Wall Street? No bragging involved and I have little smarts when it comes to corporate economics. However, I was merely stating the obvious. I've never seen a manager work so hard to convince others. I'll tell you what. I'll continue trying to get out of this hell hole and you continue trying to convince others that it isn't and in 3 months I'll come back here and see if which one of us was right. Not saying our company will go bankrupt. I'm just saying it's not what you claim it to be.

Not a manager here, but if you are so miserable, why are you having a hard time leaving? Just get another job. Hopefully it will be with a company that didn't just participate in a reverse split. Because, God knows that affects your take on the companies success. You have to keep your head buried up your ass if you can't see the company is going places. A $1.1B valuation with VC backers of the highest decour don't come around very often. If you want to work for the pfizers of the world and less of a start up, then don't let the door hit your ass on the way out. People amaze me at complete arrogance and ignorance. I am sure you have a bachelors from a nice college, but please don't forget to mention to the hiring managers that you reveived your PhD from Google Search.
