I have heard that all of the Florida positions have been filled. I interviewed for one of them and didn't get it. I interviewed with Jeff and thought he was VERY knowledgeable in this space and was extremely professional.

Serious question, if you are gainfully employed why would you go to work for either of these organizations?
Nothing to cause a Derm or Plastic to change other than pay or price.

people quitting left and right over here because the work culture is so negative don’t believe what they tell you. The pressure is unrealistic
