Better to be with an established company and rep an established product right now. You are right, will be hard for all specialties. especially if you are expected to launch a product. Reps take the heat when a launch doesn’t go well. Personally would not walk into the fire with revance this fall when Aesthetics is already being hit hard.

yea to be honest the show must go on, the drug looks great and it would be great to get more of this TA experience

No. Don’t think it’s a smart move. They won’t takeover Allergan’s market and Galderma released study on Dysport being used 2x/year, on top of new Kysse filler. Going to be a long hard road for Revance. COVID challenges plus already competitive market make this a bad move.

It’s a cattle call. They are interviewing anyone and everyone it sounds like. Guess it’s a numbers game to them. Quantity over quality. When you interview that many people it’s gotta be hard following up.

My colleague just interviewed. She can’t sell anything so no idea how she was selected. She said the interview process was a joke. The hiring manager had no idea what was going on. She was advanced to the next round but declined. Good luck Revance

Revance is shooting blind! Some of the mgrs have no injectable experience = will be useless as support in the field. Some are wanting to hire friends vs qualified reps. I wish Revance luck...they are going to need it!!

True. Manager I interviewed with had no injectable experience and couldn’t answer any questions I asked during the process. A lot of red flags and wasn’t impressed.
