What are you going to do? Get rid of customer service? Get rid of all the managers that can't speak to Cardiologists? Teach Stan how to put together a quota system and then after a week listen to him say double it? Hire devise reps again? Bring back all the people who brought you millions only to have left or been fired because of your stupid quota system? You guys are standing on the track and the train is coming. These problems have been right in front of you for YEARS! Do you know you have reps that are covering ONE Hospital in several areas of the country. No not Cleveland or Mayo. Look NY or north east. Are you going to apologize to all the people that came here for a career, stuck there necks out with their cardiology friends and contacts only to have been embarrassed by policies, the Zoll process, large bills or MANAGERS who don't know the first thing about The product, and don't care to learn. See Aldo and Albany DM. See Mike D. Complete embarrassment!! As I remember their was another thread that was started about 6 months ago that said the same thing.... Hang in there hang we here you. Since then how many people have been fired or put on a plan??? Sorry hang in there is a little understated and much to late.

Hey thank you Marshall for finally recognizing the shit storm here in the field. What changed your mind ? Was it the blown recruiter fees budget that Packer chewed your ass out for, or maybe Bonnie asked for another 10 sales trainers to keep up with the constant demand for that so called " In house training brain wash week " ? The best part of all is that you took this precious time on a Saturday morning to convene this message to your highly regarding Territory Managers ?? I call bullshit on this one !!

Can the original poster (whomever you might be.. perhaps even Bill McLean).. speak to more specifics and give a bit more detail? It may mean the difference between losing valuable but fed up TMs (myself included) within the next couple of weeks or possibly having them hang in there for just a bit longer to see these promises come to fruition. Most TMs that I speak to would consider staying IF things got better. But those same TMs will be out the door very soon if no changes take place.

Wake up! Zoll has been making promises for years and then they break every promise they made. We all came here based upon lies that were told to us by Zoll hired recruiters and Zoll managers that outright lied to us. JP told me personally that they were making changes to turn the tenure around, and then same crap over and over. The pattern here is everyone tells you what you want to hear and you find out it's all a lie and then another lie and yet another and so on. Enough already!

If everybody remained here it would be whining. Since we are leaving in groves it's called we don't like what your offering. Find someone else. It starts out as hang in their team and then turns to take it or leave very quickly. To many broken parts and the wrong departments in charge! My account rep has more power than my worthless manager. Seriously what are managers for? Can't solve or address problems that need attention on the inside. Can't speak cardiology so worthless in the field. And what about the Director role? What a complete waste of money!!!

This is a BS post intent on stirring the pot. Look the system is so broken from the inside across departments that no way would anything implemented to "enhance tenure" would be sustainable. Look anyone saying otherwise from management is completely delusional and dreaming of what if, so as to keep sane. The one thing management hasn't realized about leadership is once you lose respect, your done!

They are more concerned with spelling and punctuation then fixing the intake, customer service, or issues with the product. Maybe you should give the managers and directors a verbal quiz on Cardiology! This would be a great place to start!!!

No some of us have 25 years cardiology experience and have worked in CCUs , cardiac surgery and pacers. I think I'm well qualified to speak with my customers on just about any subject in Carfiology. I find it interesting that this is a novel concept to you! Anyone who has sold or worked in an OR better be able to understand and speak the language. You won't last long in surgery if you can't. Doesn't sound like you have worked for any companies that demand this type of experience. If you want, I'll name a few for you and when you accumulate enough experience maybe you can interview for one.
 












Another pharm manager that supervised samples and lunches. Closest he got to patient care was the sample closet with his super model rep. bahahahahaha

No as a PA in the CCU And OR I wore Nike sweats. Fake Dr? Non transferable skills? Are you joking? I thought you would have caught on when I described 25 years of experience. Several ZOLL employees I know have similar skills. Not many left, but some. I think your painting with a pretty big brush. First mistake is not know your audience second is assuming. Step off and learn something before you post here.

Greg V, Thanks for your comments. It would be more valuable to hear from someone who had more credibility and still with the organization. Not from a former ex employee that wasnt successful.

Greg V, Thanks for your comments. It would be more valuable to hear from someone who had more credibility and still with the organization. Not from a former ex employee that wasnt successful.

You only hear what you want to hear so what's the difference if the poster works or ZOLL or not? As far as success goes if your definition is based on your quota system then everyone is successful for 12 months and unsuccessful after that. Why don't you point the dirty end of that stick at the departments that are supposed to support sales before you try and identify success or failure in the field. And by the way never heard of Greg v so nice try calling someone out.
