What are you going to do? Get rid of customer service? Get rid of all the managers that can't speak to Cardiologists? Teach Stan how to put together a quota system and then after a week listen to him say double it? Hire devise reps again? Bring back all the people who brought you millions only to have left or been fired because of your stupid quota system? You guys are standing on the track and the train is coming. These problems have been right in front of you for YEARS! Do you know you have reps that are covering ONE Hospital in several areas of the country. No not Cleveland or Mayo. Look NY or north east. Are you going to apologize to all the people that came here for a career, stuck there necks out with their cardiology friends and contacts only to have been embarrassed by policies, the Zoll process, large bills or MANAGERS who don't know the first thing about The product, and don't care to learn.
