Poole left in 1987. The other aforementioned RDs are also gone. I retired after 16 years with Forest [1986-2002]. Perhaps someday I'll write a book about Forest.

What about reps hired in the 90's? What book are you going to write about Forest. Maybe you should expound on your questions. Maybe some people have some input in what you're going to write?

The unfortunate reailty is that Forest has had the "churn and burn" philosophy going. Bring in excited people from B to B sales (copiers, etc) who are dying to get in to the business, pay them a salary 6-10K less than other companies, work the living piss out of them and about 12-23 months later, the recruiter calls and off they go. No loyality. But I guess you can't really blame them. Because at the end of the day I guess it's "all about me" right? Besides, if you have a family and are trying to make ends meet, can you really fault someone for trying to better themselves? I can't. Sad reailty is, it's all the same in the end. You will find something you don't like at every organization.
