Reorganization?

Internet tough guy. If we were in person you'd never dare say that to my face

Pussy

No actually I would say it to your face. I assume that anyone who wants someone to get fired or "re-orged" must be a pussy.
Why would you wish for someone to be let go? Preparing for a lay off is the wise move right now. Sounds like that's what the earlier poster was saying...

I was not the one that wished you to be fired. I did miss type your instead of you're. I think it is funny that I'm the one under scrutiny when one of our tenured "professionals" is on here calling people pussies. Ha. I guess that's the way the world is these days. The people that speak up for what's right usually are the ones to get scrutinized. I can understand the tension this uncertainty is causing so I'm just gonna write these comments off to that. Best of luck to everyone.

It's funny to me that everyone is so concerned about this re-org. It's been in the works for about a year. This re-org won't be the last. Next year it will probably be worse when Shire loses Intuniv and generics actually become less expensive.

If you are an ADHD rep your days are numbered. There is no future with this division; Shire will survive, but this division is a joke. I make 5-6 "calls" a day, but are they acutal calls? We have no new info, our marketing team is a joke, and access is worse and worse.

Shire should have planned for this....But of course the old saying is always true:

"Failing to plan is planning to fail" -- some old guy said that...Churchill I think.

So your access is getting worse huh?? Sounds like you need to learn how to build relationships with your offices! This may not be the industry for you. If you have a good relationship then you should have access. I'd bet you've never brought value to your offices either. You are in the wrong industry. Go sit behind a desk all day!!

Pretty sure intuniv is safe to 2015

HAHA!!! Build relationships and that's all you need! That is a joke. You are probably in Texas or Alabama. Come up to the Northeast and tell me that. I am still laughing at this!

Here is another stat for you...Shire is only capturing 65% of the ADHD market. Why is that?? I guess we are not building enough relationships! HAHA!
Don't worry, just show up with coffee, hang out with the staff and the doc will see you! It doesn't work that way.

If it did, we would not be going through a re-org! I have been in this industry for 7 years and I have won P club...Thanks again "Build relationship" guy

Do you want a cookie?

What's everyone's opinions on how they're going to determine the reps they're cutting? Is it strictly geographically based and not anything to do with performance? With all this talk about this 3rd party coming in to make the decisions it has me wondering how much weight performance, ranking, goal attainment, etc will be a factor in this decision. What say you?
