You then rebalance who was let go so they meet case law for how many blacks, whites, olds and women get let go by percentage so you don’t file some lawsuit. If you don’t know this then you are a r*****.

WARN stands for the federal worker adjustment and retraining notification Act. In a mass layoff 60 days notice would apply if:
1. Layoff of 500 or more employees at a single site of employment during a 30 day period
Or
2. Layoff of 50-499 workers when these layoffs count for 33% of the employers total active workforce at a single site of employment .
Would this apply for field sales?

Ummm, there was no mass layoff squirt. Every single time there is a reorg there are people on here screaming about WARN and lawsuits. Nothing ever comes of it and nothing will. If you got laid off it sucks. But, your performance and tenure were not at the level of the person or persons they kept. If you are a good rep you'll find something. It may not be perfect and you may have to work your way into something you want but it can be done. If you're a job hopper or don't perform it might be a good time to shape up and get it together.

Can confirm. Quite literally the worst rep I’ve ever known was retained. And others that are a close second. New and long term employees. Big salaries and little ones.

The Feds don’t ever mind when you break Federal Laws. This isn’t a whistle blower case, it’s a clear cut case of breaking Federal Law. Teva will settle in 30 seconds if anyone has the nads to step up.
 












No need for class action as a first step. Just retain an Attorney and get paid what Teva owes you. Class Action is second step.

I'm sorry to hear that. Truly. But, no matter the term you did get a "separation" package did you not? Seems the industry standard is X number of weeks for every year / months of employment plus medical for the same time and PTO pay.
