Without question this applies to field force. Most companies are ethical and have an ounce of integrity so it is very uncommon for this not to be paid out. 60-90 days is the standard prior to severance kicking in. You have grounds for a class action.

The package we got last year was OK as far as money, but they made it a pain in the ass to administer vs just cutting a check. Hope those let go find something quick. Best of luck to all

Many who were kept aren't happy about it. The way this happened shows you they care nothing about you or your family. This was all about money for them, as it always is. Many are looking to get out asap.
