I TOTALLY agree. This place BLOWS. I have been here for over 10 years and what a disappointment. It is poorly run. Management sucks. Pipeline sucks. Tired of selling old technology at inflated prices. Every year, price increase. What a joke. I PRAY that I am one of the ones to get let go. They treat their employees and customers like crap. The Credo is a pathetic JOKE. They downsize you right before reps hit their 5 and 10 year mark. It is all planned out. And you bust your a## to make $130-$140k and get treated like crap. You can go virtually anyway and make more and not put up with all the BS! Trust me, it will be a blessing to get the pink slip in a few weeks.
If you "pray" to be one that's let go, why not let your RD know so someone else who may want their job gets a chance to stay?
What and mess up their carefully planned new organization? Next thing you know in addition to drinking the koolaid, we'll all be in same color clothing, blond hair, blue eyed zealots.

I know that you all think it sucks but at least you have all been warned and notified of the changes that are coming. I am recently displaced Covidien R&D and we literally were ambushed with our layoffs. Be glad that Ethicon shows you a shred of respect and allows you to leave before the axe falls.
agreed. we have been told for almost a year now that this was going to happen. Last year when they starting laying off everyone should have been the FIRST sign to get our resume together. Those of you who didn't are foolish! Get ready!! It's about to get a little crazy over here!

I didn't hear anything about November. EP is going to be thrashed, I hope everyone knows that. Is that flat out cool to everyone? I feel like I'm in the twilight zone, every week it gets more and more bizarre. These random calls that give us NO information. Are they trying to get everyone to quit before Oct 22? There are some great reps leaving this company, it's unfortunate.
Actually endo is the group that is going to be thrashed..that is why they are limiting the new energy roles to endo reps only..they are trying to minimize the impact as much as possible
Was told this by an outgoing Regional Director who was displaced but is still very involved in the whole process
i have my resume out there. Even if I have a job at the end of "constitution," I don't want to be part of this group. Bunch of back-stabbing, grand standing circle jerks.
