Renasys recall

The pump isn't being recalled. There was a snafu with the paperwork submitted and one form was submitted but didn't go all the way the way through the FDA system. They have to halt production and distribution until they get it sorted. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the pump or the supplies. The rumors of a recall are totally bogus and are not fair to the company.

You can say what you want to say but my commissions are impacted and my customers are not happy. Sorry to break your rose colored glasses with the reality check. Maybe you need to step into the sales field and see what is going on. This is like the fourth recall or hiccup in 12 months.

Does anyone else see this as a problem? Are people at corporate held accountable for this or do they still get bonus checks while we sweat in the field trying to make this work?

It is always interesting how such negative statements are posted by "anonymous" sources. If someone chooses to make rash comments like product recalls, allude to product failures, and recommend everyone update their resumes, at least have the guts to identify yourself. If one chooses to know the facts, then find out for yourself, rather than listen to mindless blather from unknown sources.

Yet this bozo's post is anonymous. Show yourself hypocrite fool.

All true, except we are not stopping production - at all. Global company, FDA is only US.

More than just a paperwork snafu. Updates were made to the product that required a 510k submission. None was done. If one has to be done now, it's at least a 6 month process.
