Relocation to another site

Does anyone know what the relocation package is for an employee that takes a job in another site (say TO to Cambridge or Ireland or vice versa)? Do they pay costs to sell your home, do you keep it and get a rental allowance, do you owe them at least two years...)? Etc.

Depends on the circumstance. You could ask HR, you know.

I would not hire so many Ivy Leaguers, due to the high occurrence of laziness and pompous non-productive behavior.
Also Amgen has too many PhD's in general -- hire more good people with Master's degrees and they will get more done, but can still perform the same quality of science. There really isn't anything that occurs at Amgen which truly requires a PhD level of knowledge. The company is just posturing for the FDA in an attempt to be seen as more credible.

Spoken just like someone who washed out of a doctoral program with a "consolation prize" masters degree.

You’re right.
