The comments on these posts validate my decision in leaving. The current management has ruined a good thing in a short time. Good luck to those that are still waiting to jump.
 






Anybody read the Q1 SRM newsletter? Our #1 goal is to be a compliant organization. Good goal except when we are being pushed into private patient rooms where our product is not being used. This is illegal. It is a preceptorship. We are viewing private interactions with VLU wounds, pressure ulcers, etc. This is not compliant.

My manager always talks about what a big deal he was at KCI but he chose to be here. Does that make sense?
 






It is a Federal law (HIPPA) that a sales rep cannot witness an interaction between a patient and provider unless the patient has signed a consent. A BAA does not in any way take the place of the signed consent. Our compliance person knows this but fails to comply. Each of us are witnessing patient interactions each day with our preceptorships. We have a patient consent form but we don't use it. Compliance knows this. The OIG hotline said they will be adding this to the investigation of the old gang that was here. Both the new and the old will be going to jail together.
 












Anyone else catch the Dermagraft speaker training webinar on Saturday? They said the speakers can use their own slides to augment the current slides. Another OIG issue with our current leadership. Off label slides here we come!

Smarten up Dummy! They paid top dollar to try and keep those of us that left! No one will come close to making the $$$ we were pulling in. The ship is sinking fast. Enjoy your salary pharma girl!!!!
 












DOJ investigation. So very excited to see who gets nailed. When I worked there I saw so much BS. If you cheat, steal or lie you always eventually get caught. I remember "all in" crap. No one cares.

Our current SRM management team is going down in this DOJ investigation as well. Fake preceptorships - "training" - where we see interaction between doc and patient - illegal. Speaker programs with illegal slides. Same stuff as the old crew.

Our current SRM bosses are going down as well. Anybody ever go into a room with a doc and patient? I have. My boss has. My ZD has. I even had a Shire corporate lawyer do this on a field ride with me. The OIG knows about this practice of training/preceptorships and it is illegal. Nobody is getting the patient to sign consent. The OIG told my lawyer that the BAA doesn't dover this. My boss and ZD say the word compliance all of the time, but they turn their head at issues like this. Saying the word compliance does not save you from the government.

Ever since coming over here, I wondered how this was legal. Patients always seem to feel weird that I am in the room

need patient to sign a form for us to be in clinic/clinic hours. Illegal. Ask the OIG if you dont think so. We are breaking the law each day.
