being strong has nothing to do with it. It's all a numbers game.

Stop pretending not to know. What's this rumor you speak of
Stop pretending not to know.
Honestly didn't know.. noone tells us anything
Just got a new job. Sitting around and hoping for change is not a plan. Getting out and into a stable company is. Best of luck to my fellow rotechers.
Congratulations, your exactly right nobody deserves to be treated the way rotech is treating current employees. People are quitting left and right. I really think they don't care if nobody's left to run there locations because the company's days are numbered anyways.
Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
We need workers - not whiners.
For the good workers that stay, you're going to be very valuable commodity no matter what name is on your banner.

Hahahaha ol my that's funny. Thanks for the laugh. Rotech will put your name in the Rotech Way as the most dedicated employee. Ol I forgot they cant afford that anymore. Just remember to keep the lights turned off and turn off the heat to save 10.00 a day.
They have torn Rotech apart to get down to a point of re-building.
Now they are going to have to put Humpty Dumpty back together, will they offer us RIF’ed employees the chance to come back once they figure out the locations can’t operate with the staff they have. I know the location I worked at is half of what it used to be with the same number of deliveries, setups, etc. to be completed.
The new management has their work cut out for them putting this company back together.
The management team needs to spend some of that recouped money and visit locations to see how the grunts keep the doors open.
