Things are bad. Before mutiny strikes how about Kyle F jump on a call and tell sales team truth about all these rumors. Rumors are spreading and it’s tanking morale. I bet there will be some drunk idiots that get into it while in Orlando because of the hate felt towards Iluyma division. Tell me again why is Ilumya team going to Orlando when we are way behind goal and nothing new to rollout? Save the rah rah speech. I’d gladly step aside for the favored ones to be applauded and stay in the field working.

Motivational poem of the day

We’re packing up for Disney World,

with numbers close to zero.

Ilumya launched with some much hope,

but no one is the hero.


Sure they’ll give out rich rewards,

for results too low to count.

And if you look much deeper,

add in the steep discounts.


I’m sure we’ll hear motivational poems

and tips on how to sell.

There’s talk of rumbles between our reps.

This place is worse than hell.


The management will all dress up,

New suits and maybe a turban.

I already wish that I were home,

with my kids and a pint of bourbon.


So when will all this magic end?
