Anyone else have a manager asking their entire team to work weekends?

My answer would be a HARD NO. Thats a dumb request and they should be ashamed of themselves. Some of these RD’s have such sad lonely lives but most of us have families. Hard no.

What is even worse is I'm leading my region in RXs. So I can imagine the company is hurting with this poor launch. He said "just post the calls on monday". He already expects the team to work 7:30 AM til 6 pm minimum.

haha what?! That’s insane if a manager is that of any reps. We are already working our tails off to try and launch this drug m-f. I doubt these managers are working weekends. What psychos.

This is obviously not a universal message from RDs so couldn’t your RD who is saying this easily identify who you are by the fact you are “leading the region in RXs”? Sorry, but you’re either not being very smart or lying.

My biggest confusion is from my ZD this morning. Anyone else get a VM from their ZD claiming how great things were going with Qelbree? I'm sorry but when no one is on pace to make more than $1k in bonus things are not going great.

that VM was pointless and disappointing. Be more transparent with us. Give us a small guarantee to make up for the lack of us making good money for those 6 weeks if you want to keep people. Clearly they do not want any of us here. Can’t wait for the BS they will tell us at POA.
