I could care less if people know I’m posting on here. I’m #1 in my zone and this bonus plan is only paying me $3100 for the entire quarter. There is something seriously flawed in this bonus plan.

$13,100 with SI. You shouldn’t be the one complaining. Since you are the one complaining, I’ll assume you aren’t #1 in the zone.

Since when did you have to hit SI to make bonus? You should be able to hit the at plan payout without being on SI.

Just so we are properly setting expectations, you think the #1 rep in the zone should only make $13k in bonus for the quarter? My, has management really found a way to demotivate the people that puts the money in their pocket.

Like the poster said above, if you are happy being the #1 rep in your zone and making $13,100 for a launch bonus then this truly is “your company”. So I’m happy you’re happy.

Half the reps are under 2 total scripts of Qelbree for the first 6 weeks combined. How could you mis-forecast the bonus payout this bad.

I see your point about timing but it’s not like we were gonna make bank in Neuro while waiting to launch. The reality is half of reps will make OK money in SI for half a quarter worth of work. The other half is screwed. Hopefully something is done for the bottom half who still busted tail.

Any way you want to slice it this product is far from what Supernus led the reps to believe it would be.

haha what?! That’s insane if a manager is that of any reps. We are already working our tails off to try and launch this drug m-f. I doubt these managers are working weekends. What psychos.
