Many of these jobs were spoken for before they even began the interviews. Extremely political. To make matters worse they proceeded to still interview other candidates and then ghosted them. Does not say much about this company And how they represent themselves.

I was an external applicant at the Dallas interviews. I didn’t get the job and very disappointed. Did I like having the same interview with 4 different pairs of managers, definitely not but I was really impressed with who I met and they treated me like a human being unlike the crap big pharma I currently work for. In fact, the hiring manager didn’t ghost me or let some HR person tell me the news he actually called me himself and gave me direct feedback. That may not mean anything to some but it meant a lot to me and I will definitely apply again if there are any openings.

i call bs on this. This is damage control post by some punk mgr or hr person. this process for most was very political with little transparency. and yes many were indeed ghosted. fool

I too went through the Dallas interviews and was treated extremely well through the entire process. Stop spreading garbage you know nothing about. You probably didn’t even get invited for an interview.
