Not a Teva Troll, but we sure have hired a lot of them. Quite frankly, most of them were underperformers or rejects and came here for a few extra bucks.

How would you know if you weren't a Teva troll?

Can you still make decent bonus or has the well dried up. Do they still offer stock options? How are the managers? A lot of field time?

Haha! I’m not a troll for Teva. I’m just a good, honest, hard worker who’s been in this industry for a long time and if I make a move I want it to be financially feasible. I’ve gone to work for places before that told me I could make a crap load of money and bonus, and turned out not to be the case. Unfortunately, it’s tough to find out when you’re interviewing because everybody that you’re speaking with just gives you best case scenarios so I want the real lowdown. Thank you.

Because that is the future of our additional income here, right? Bonuses will be diluted and spread thin due to added headcount.

Both companies make a lot of money on VMAT2 because neither company rebates much so they can afford to add head count and pay bonus for those performing.
It’s getting very competitive so both companies will continue to resource heavily.
