Brian Meshkin didn't understand that he was in the healthcare business. From his behavior of launching new unproven tests into market and billing 10s of thousands for them, it seemed he thought he was selling tomatoes. After 8 years, now u talk about how good ur test is from a clinical trial. Why didn't u do this trial 7 or 6 years ago? For 8 years, why have u focused on money rather than the science. Why did u move into those expensive new offices in Irvine when u could have conducted your business from a smaller and less expensive office spot? Brian's shortsightedness, lack of intelligence and greed killed Proove.

STATs scathing article on Proove was the culmination of Brian's failed strategy. If Brian was smart, he would have seen it coming.
Unfortunately, he just isn't very smart. Now, he is on the defensive for a problem that was clearly avoidable.
 




Excerpt from an email today from corporate to a furloughed employee:

It’s backwards and unjust that some ex-employees and ex-contractors are successfully hurting us as they cowardly hurl their dishonest allegations hiding beyond “anonymity” in the shadows. Yet, the team of great people working at Proove, who are willing to stand in the spotlight and put their names and faces publicly behind what we do, are facing the damages caused by these people with nothing to lose. I wouldn’t tell my kids to trust anyone unwilling to own their words and it’s shocking that anyone would believe such duplicity.

Today, we want to inform you that all employees placed on furlough beginning June 14, 2017, will not be receiving paychecks or ACH deposits on Friday, June 16th. It’s not even a choice. We just can’t do it. This payroll has been deferred and we will make the payment to you as soon as we are able. Again, we are so sorry for the difficulty and stress this causes you and your family. All of us justifiably feel a lot of emotion right now – sadness, anger, embarrassment, and doubt.

We will not be able to afford to keep all of our team members moving forward. As shared with you directly or via email when the furlough was announced, over the next two weeks, we will be evaluating the entire business operations of the Company and determining what restructuring will be necessary moving forward.

That's right BM your the victim. We are hurting you not the other way around. Poor victim. None of these ex and current employees posted here have had anything bad happen to them during or after working for you. Its amazing how many people have had bad experiences. When you have problems with so many people and the FBI comes to raid your business isn't it time to take a look at what your doing?

This isn't a shock. It's happened before and will happen again. All of it. furlough paycut layoffs. How sick is it to continue to run a business where you keep doing this to your great people as you put it. Very shameful
 
















i can understand when employees are furloughed and don't get paid for the time cause they are not working. How can proove legal possible think it's in the spirit of the law to not pay for the time people did work. The great CEO and founder should be dipping into his personal account to pay off those who arent getting paid. If people seriously think we'll be back by July 3rd or 5th then they must be nuts. Everyone here should be consulting a lawyer and see what their options are because being late on pay will entitle everyone to receive interest.
