Your reputation got Severely Damaged my friend. You are marked forever already. Everyone in the Healthcare Industry and the world knows what happened to proove. Even for your "future" clients. They know and if they don't know, they will obviously look up this company and find out what happen. And let's say if by some miracle you get some clients, you still have the FBI OIG HHS investigating. And let's say you get away without jail time, you have very very heavy penalties coming my friend. Your going to have to pay those insurances back buddy.


Oh and Brian, btw, there are a few things you don't know. The FBI knows about the cookie crumbs left behind by your employees, us, The truth is we screwed up on our end without you knowing. We did it so much. We violated hippa policies and we did illegal things on paperwork, passed expired "patient Inform Consents" , you didn't block employees from accessing All patient information and results from home and our phones, etc etc etc ..the list goes on...and they will find out. We did a lot of illegal things at proove but none of your people told you because they were afraid how you would react and would jeopardize their own jobs. The FBI tell you their findings.
You seriously don't know a thing about the Medical field. You don't even have the background for goodness sake!!! Then all of a sudden, you come up with bull**** tests!! You are a joke dude. I always felt bad whenever I saw all of these patients and their insurance is paying so much. SOO MUCHHH. I think you should have called it :

Brian, you do know that all of the employees you didn't pay are now against you right? You should be scared of what they can do to sink you more. Whether it's your fault or not. They are pissed. Just give it up. Close down the place and save yourself more trouble. Honestly that would be the smartest thing to do right now.

It's called freedom of speech. Lay off the man. I'm sure he's already going through some though time. Adding more fuel to the fire won't do no-one any justice. Everyone messes up, though Brian's is pretty big and pretty stupid, he's still a human being at the end of the day. Stepping down to that level is basically doing the same thing everyone has been grilling him for.
 








What's with the apologists argument for Brian. There are thousands of reps unpaid, many unethical and illegal practices at Proove and you want us to lay off him with the silly argument that he is just a human being. Go get a drink, your argument is lame.

Brian is an unrepentant crook that should be scorned and treated with disdain so that CEOs like him realize that there are consequences both from the law and the public for engaging in fraudulent behavior. Knock it off.
 




My sincere and honest advise for him is to close down Proove. The name "Proove Biosciences" is badly damaged now. I would close it down, take a break, and a couple years later open a new company. But "Legally" Brian. No more dirty business. You'll have time to think and reflect and plan during those two years off and more importantly to take care of your legal issues. Your former employees and even right now you're current employees hate you. You severely lost your reputation. No one will see you the same way again. No one will ever believe in your words again. To everyone, you are a complete disgrace. It's time to take a break.

There will always be questions for you Brian, now and several years from now. Save yourself some money. Start fresh again. Let the Proove logo be a thing of the past. Learn from your mistakes. Always treat everyone with respect and more importantly , listen to others. Listen to the ones who try to move you in the right direction. I wish you the best of luck
 




Brian scammed alot of money from Medicare and private insurance companies. There is also the problem of kickbacks and many other ethical violations and illegal stuff.

He would be very lucky if he doesn't go to prison. Hefty fines are also coming is way and he may even be banned from running a lab for many years. He has a tough future ahead of him.
