I would not want to move my MD client into a dubious relationship and place their practice into potential legal jeopardy.

Proove will always defend their payments to physicians as "payments for professional time." A larger focus on this pyramid schemed business should be how the company interacts with government based insurance programs, and how and when 1099 reps are paid. I have also instructed my counsel to look into the cozy relationship between pudgy joe and wes with newfarmsights up in KY. Paki brian should be behind bars for orchestrating this mirage of a business.
 




The cash kickbacks to physicians per test for professional time is the biggest case of fraud I've ever heard of. Do physicians get kick backs from collecting a urinalysis?
I wish somebody would clarify this physician kickback that proove practices.
 




It's not a kick back. The doctors are not paid by the samples. They are paid by the research hours. Samples have nothing to do with the doctors pay. They can send the samples to any lab they want. See how Brian likes paying for research and no way to fund it.

Proove:
1- Has suggested before that they pre-pay MD's( before their 'research' money was due) to "prime the pump."
If this is not a sign of one of the real reasons that Proove would want to exchange funds with an MD I don't know what is...

2- Proove uses a "standing order" to get an MD to order tests on masses of patients versus evaluating the individual circumstances ( med necessity) of a case
Pharmacogenetic test - on all patients prescribed medications regardless of historic trends / response / ADR

Narcoric Risk test - anyone prescribed an opioid. The test historically has had a very small contribution from the genetic information and a massive contribution from the ORT test results which one can do for free. Paying a lot of money for something you can essentially get mostly from the free ORT test.

I notice the only rebuttal from Brian- Joe are re: what re: matters. THE SALES AND THE MONEY. Everyone is making a great life / money.

Never a rebuttal about the science, validation, the reason the chief science officer leaving, the prime the pump strategy , the truth behind the sausage making ... Telling I would say.

For a company with so much internal turmoil and constant change I have no confidence in any comments coming from the most respected two people in this industry Brian fat joe. They are a disgrace and they know it...

Latest Intel - Things Bad Despite the propaganda provided by Crooked B and Fat J:
1- sample count down
2- poor reimbursement
3- MD's not performing
 













I am told the same old Proove issue they will NEVER solve:

A- they con one MD to test and two stop
2- they have an infusion of VC ( suckers ) they use.. But they don't like that to be used for payroll so they cut back and now the research assistants are the Main customer service agents
3- Proove hates hates hates diatributirs and blames all their issues on bad independent reps. Can't be Fat J's amazing sales training and Brian's amazing pharm / sales experience training
4- reports are still late ..
5 - other frustrated people just hate the CONSTANT change - one month this way.. Next month we do it this way..
Bottomline - the fish rots from the head down. This company will get shut down. They are out of business ... They just don't know it yet

Identify how and why...by simply using curse words and other vulgaritissues demonstrates that this is hitting the truth at the core...inform the uninformed...with facts not rhetoric....you have people working for the company who are concerned, be honest, use facts and define why and how they really wrong.
