Look at the bright side J 'n B....this site isn't hard to find and your elementary responses are noted by everybody researching proove. "Research", I use that term loosely. JMO

Whether it's investing time, effort, money for lunches/in-services, relationships, or trust, it is an investment and Proove BioSciences is a Ponzi scheme in every sense of the definition.
Position themselves as a reputable research driven company with a unique opportunity for physicians to participate in ongoing studies in an effort to personalize medicine
Capture as many specimens as possible and bill commercial and Federal insurance through their lab without any transparency to reps, distributors, MDs or patients
Delay payment as long as they can to MDs and reps/distributors with any excuse they can think of...restructuring staff, missing "market surveys," insufficient info on specimens, check is in the mail...etc. while billing and collecting as much as they can
Eventually pay MDs a minimal amount to keep them engaged
Bounce checks to MDs and say it's company policy to cancel checks older than 20 days (money is running out)
Pay reps/distributors little to nothing because once they have an MD on the line, who needs a repDistributors/reps who finally do get a few cents are told they have to be a W2 employee with a monthly/quarterly quota to be paid and there will be no more 10-99 (money is really starting to dry up)...maybe it's time Joe starts to as well
Proove is a scam run by a group of unscrupulous, unethical, scumbag thieves. OIG, whistle blower advocates, qui tam attorneys, class action all know who you are and are waiting for the appropriate time to drop the hammer.
Brian and Joe, be on the look out for the subpoena so we can all be on the lookout for the 20/20 exclusive of how biotech "research" companies are gaming the healthcare system and taking advantage of anybody they can along the way to make a quick buck.

See the arrogant attitude demonstrated by Proove management. They feel very confident that you will never touch them and are above the law.
They continue to wave their middle finger to all auditors ,OIG, and Fraud

WOW, wonder if these board of directors know what kind of crooked company they represent? OR, maybe these guys are in bed with Joe and Brian in this ponzi scheme. Either way, this is just nuts. These guys seem to have great backgrounds. I'm shocked that they would be involved in this type of scheme.
