to answer the previous comment... many of us have and continue to facilitate the information concerning the Market Research with the Survey Monkey vehicle. We have been instructed to complete the information at the request of Proove. If this is putting us all in harms way, then it needs to be reported asap. We representatives should be indemnified from anything that King brian and lackey joe do with the info. JMO

My Opinion:
I am sure most reps intuitively know the questions are made up to satisfy a perceived 'loophole' in the Fed system.
I would ask your attorney about this Medicare survey required by Proove. Has anyone ever asked what Proove does with the info. Does it just sit in a pile in some box. If my career were an issue I would stop until I was confident I was not exposed to legal exposure.

The managers and supervisors are inexperienced and uneducated and do not know how to lead a team. There are lay-offs often and it's only a matter of time until they eventually fold.

This company is a scam. One by one the insurance companies are denying claims and the Doctors are doubting the DNA tests.

Office in Irvine is modern and large

Cons

Unorganized and stressful

Management is disorganized and expects everything yesterday.
To accomplish the goals by the deadlines given working overtime is a must even if management doesn't ask.
There have been many layoffs due to the company having no direction and poor management.
One such round off layoffs was for a whole group of employees who after 3 days from being hired where laid off. This was due to some mistakes in accounting and the company though there was no money.
There are too many different chefs and not enough indian. This affects performance when daily conflicting requirements are given.
The medical plan is subpar compared to other companies in the area yet they push it as being as one of the best.Show Less

Be very afraid of the market research survey. They are stupid questions that are just made up to cover the scam. I can promise you they do nothing with them. Smoke and mirrors to make joe and Brian rich. I heard Joe tell someone he makes 100k a month. He was hammered at the time. But who knows if the drunk is just shooting his mouth or not. He's for sure double dipping, gets a nice salary and commissions from all of his sales reps. If you are not one of Joes you will never survive. They'll steal your business. They are awful people

Wow...I am getting away from this company. Jail is not worth the pennies they send any rep. I don't want to be waiting for the OIG to knock on my door or the day THAT legal letter comes to me. If there is a real possibility that that Proove (Brian and Joe) are making us part of a potentially illegal scam I am out. These guys have become a legal nightmare. I also don't want to put my MD clients at risk because I vouched for Proove.
