Got an offer, actually really surprised at what they put together for me. !0% over current base, stock options, cash to sign. I really don't want to go into specifics other then it was a very serious offer, that I accepted.
Yes, it is looking like the start date wont be until 3rd week of April.

Offers are most definitely going out. I accepted mine today. I have not heard from P1 since beginning of process. I was kept in the loop by manager directly until my offer.

Yes, it was all based on money that was being left on the table with current company.
