Product launch? New sales force?

That sucks! Did you go through the hub, background and pay verification? I've done all three and hadn't heard anything.

Same with me. I have done interview, background check, reference check, payment verification, and have not heard anything. If I had to guess, offers are probably out and if you haven't heard anything you are probably the backup plan. I could be wrong though. Good luck, everyone!

That's terrible - when was PO planning on telling you if you hadn't reached out to them?

The same thing happened to me...was led on through late fall (PO telling me I'm a strong top candidate) and they were definitely putting me through to one of several different HUB interviews. Finally heard back mid-jan when PO called to tell me I was no longer being considered. They had no feedback and couldn't explain why they couldn't have told me that before the holidays. I think it's safe to say that if there's a lag in time, you're sloppy seconds. They have all the time in the world so what's the rush? I just feel they need to be honest sooner.

Offers aren't bad, 10% bump, so pretty standard. The problem is the PrincetonOne made it sound like more would be on the table. Also the cash bonus is not bad but certainly not based off of stock that people are leaving on the table. My bonus offer doesn't touch a quarter of that stock. Don't get your hopes up.

same here, only 10%
joke

As I read the post I see one theme, disappointment. I dropped out after I learned the bonus was based on MBO's and not sales. We have all launched new products. What got you out in the field ready to go was the $$ you were going to make. Ask your friends at GSK how that worked for them. Also be aware TD is a movement disorder, and Neurocrine is not making Neurologists the main focus. Be very careful , and BEST of LUCK

They contacted all references and verified past jobs. They ask for a paycheck stub and also want to know if you are walking away from any RSUs or Options and what potential raises you might get. It is a separate email from background check

I would have to agree that the offers were disappointing. PO definitely made it seem like there would be better offers. Def much less than a 10% bump. Car allowance isn't great either.
