When Obam was running for president, he promised to let states police their own marijuana laws. Immediately after election, Eric Holder issued the directive to Feds to lay off and let states handle their own situations.
Then along comes the Arizona border issue - who prevails, states or Feds? Obama decides it's the Feds. So now, he's reversed his stance on his campaign promise and subsequent adirective to EH.
