Yikes.. I thought that was an industry standard. How do they get people to work here?

You’d better hope you don’t go out on leave of any kind. They will not look favorably at this. I have seen some go out on med leave and come back on a PIP.

Nothing at ITCI is industry standard. We were in the field two months after the Covid pandemic started and they PIP'd people who could get access to their prescribers. It took four years to finally offer a holiday shut down at Christmas. They didn't conduct an employee survey until four years post launch. No communication. No transparency at all. It's been over a year since Genoa stopped reporting and they still haven't figured that out.
