Cutthroat culture. You are a number and that’s it. HR and compliance constantly run audits in a never ending “gotcha” game. Never experienced anything like it before. But the check cashes and the product is good.
 






Are they putting primary care reps in Minnesota? That would be a setup for failure. All primary care in the state is run by a handful of companies like Health Partners and Alina. Bottom line, you aren’t getting in. Most companies with primary care reps made Minnesota “white space.”
They have and they will set you up for failure. They don’t care about you or your access issues. Get yo ass out there and sell. If you aren’t moving share within a year, you’re gone. Bring in the next drone. Can not state this enough: find a former employee who worked in the district or go on LinkedIn and connect with someone and talk to them before you come here!!

There are territories and regions that should be collapsed. But the assholes at the top don’t care. ZS says there is opportunity. Just keep running people through the meat grinder until you find the right one. They really believe they can fire their way to success.

I’m not a rep but just want to say hello and thank you to everyone for the countless hours of entertainment these posts provide. Whenever I’m feeling like a cog in the shitty wheel that is ITCI, I come here to check in on my fellow cogs and take comfort in knowing I’m not the only one impacted by the complete lack of authenticity and culture. It’s not going to change with current senior leadership. Full stop.

But in the meantime we can all come here to vent and that’s pretty sweet. Also honestly semi-scared to post this, some of y’all are straight savages
