Nailed it.This is entry level Pharma crap. Pay is ridiculously low. Mgmt is total big Pharma BS. . No thanks, screw this.
The pay scale is fucking laughable. Primary care reps were making more than these manager salaries in 2000. And the arrogant attitude on these dicks. Like they are offering something so great that I can’t get everywhere. Good luck. Hard fucking pass. This is entry level Pharma crap. Pay is ridiculously low. Mgmt is total big Pharma BS. . Week of the 15th. Atlanta, GA for the territory I applied.Has anyone received the official word if they are going to be interviewed in July? If so, did they say where the interviews will take place.
Thank you and good luck!Week of the 15th. Atlanta, GA for the territory I applied.
Revolving door is right. Check the turnover where you apply. Our region lost four of eight people last year. Our shitty ASD had a “list” and targeted the reps he wanted gone. This place is the strangest culture. Toxic doesn’t quite describe it.Serious Warning! This company has a revolving door of reps naively joining, then wisely running away due to toxic culture & narcissistic, bullying mgmt! (CS) Don't torture yourselves because you will regret it!
You as well.Thank you and good luck!
Even if you have a good manager and you like them, the ASDs run the show. They are the ones deciding who goes on a PIP. They mess with the ranking and sales goals to move out people who don’t fit their mold. The managers are powerless so you better hit those weekly numbers or you will be on the radar and your manager won’t be able to help you.Revolving door is right. Check the turnover where you apply. Every idiot rep believes their being micromanagedFrom what I was told by recruiter, pay is 95-105K based on experience, company car, benefits are solid where you only pay $1 out of your paycheck per period? 6% 401K match with 20k equity in company and you're vested after 3 years. Sounds like a solid package there but in terms of day to day I have no idea what to expect but the posts here make me think its another micromanaged pharma job where everything in Veeva and your car is tracked.
What you were told was a pack of LIES, the kind only told by a LIAR.From what I was told by recruiter, pay is 95-105K based on experience, company car, benefits are solid where you only pay $1 out of your paycheck per period? 6% 401K match with 20k equity in company and you're vested after 3 years.
Can you elaborate? Not denying your claim, just curious what you mean as I am in the interview process so any transparency is appreciated. Thank youWhat you were told was a pack of LIES, the kind only told by a LIAR.

They got most of it right. The pay band starts at $75,000 and goes to $105,000 for the primary care positions. Psych specialty caps out at $145,000. The pay grid is experience based. The level of micro really depends on the manager. Some are better than others. Same with the ASDs.
