You were all fired because you didn't create real using customers, and you didn't give away enough mugs. And you didn't wear your pins. Had you given away more poly-mugs, you'd still be employed. To show you there are no hard feelings, I will send you an xmas card in an fob mailer. I will also take care of the postage.

For christmas, I'd like some undershirts, so my nipples are less noticeable. PW

******Employees file discrimination lawsuit against polymedco************

Tilley v. Polymedco Inc Filed in Washington on September of this year. You may search for this and other people who have sued Polymedco (First Care, Mentor Corporation, et. al.) online.

I wouldn't go NEAR this company for employment. Or as a customer.

This is so wild. I attempted to work for Polymedco around 2005. Our entire training class of 6 were previously employed with good fortune 500 medical companies. We were all fired within five months. Dear God, it was the worst experience of my life. The fat little Sr. Sales Troll and the crazy alcoholic sales trainer/NAM/Regional Manager/ Pete's lap dog.

When we all got to Chicago we freaked-out, the weird little office, the tiny rooms with roommates and the CITRIX system that had to be filled out when you got home because they were to cheap to buy mobile cards.

The best of the best was the how to lie efficiently, the four day ride-along without food or water, no lunch too expensive, the daily micro calls and hour long conference calls 3 x a week.

The best was when the squint eye trainer called my house drunk at 9:45 pm on a Sunday night to role play selling ifobt and warn me to close hard for the week because Sir Crazy Pete was not pleased with my performance.

I remember when a Sr Manager advised they did not like LDS members or people from the Philippines because they did not have a work ethic, too family oriented. That was news to me. I always found both groups as good, hard working people. I wish I had recorded the conversation.

Creepy place. Remember the little sales team in the cubicles that cold called on the phone all day with free-hand progress graphs on the wall. Nice.

Mr K.G. king of the big close. He told an employee to sell the car he just bought because it was not fuel efficient. The loss of the new car off the lot was not his problem. They fired the guy like a week later.

What has always amazed me is that there has never been any form of an previous employee going nuts and causing them a good deal of trouble. They have put a lot good careers in the dumpster.

One thing few people recognize is that Polymedco is a re-distribution company. No more no less. Please do not go to work here at any cost. You have been warned, unless, you want to role play with the crazy lady and have the commission and market plan everyday by noon.

the company is clearly poorly managed. i highly advise everyone to steer clear of this mess. anyone who has to work 80+ hours per week is either a workaholic, has no life, no self-respect, or likes getting screwed. commissions should never change more than once per fiscal year. any company that messes with a rep's commissions on a regular basis should expect high turnover. in this case, it's worse -- combined with the unhealthy corp. culture, anyone who decides to work with this company should have an exit strategy before starting.

Working at this company is living in Groundhog Day; Pete repeats his same old promises to a new group of reps to which he never keeps his word. Pete is like the current Democratic Party, he talks a big game but delivers on nothing.

Ever thought you were going to be fired from your job everyday? You probably haven't, and certainly you wouldn't want that for yourself if you had the choice. I dare you to join this organization and find out what that reality is like! I worked here a few years ago and I have thanked the good Allah, Budda, Thor, God, and Dr. Seuss everyday since I left, that I have found a better place.

I'm still unemployed by the way :)

This Post is 100% correct, I too worked here in the past and my job was on the line daily (everyone’s jobs was). We were told this is a month-to-month job and success in the past does not guarantee future employment. I heard that they lost 5 reps in the past few months (including 2 of their top reps). Good Luck filling those options positions, Pete. Wonder if Aaron and the boys are still trying to explain away the truth in these posts.

Does anyone have information on what has gone on with this company recently? I've been told they've had a rocky past but have made some changes recently and things are headed in a positive direction. Any truth to this? Should I seriously consider a career with this company?

Nothing has changed, some players same lies same results. Consider this job if you can't find work anywhere else. If you are one of the 10% who survives their 1st year you can use this to land a great job someone else, but if you fall in the 90% you wasted a year of your life and will have gone through hell for nothing. Choose wisely.

This company has a poor business model. They're expected to find doctors to buy a product that their distributor (Henry Shein, Owens & Minor, McKesson, PSS) ALREADY OFFER, AT A LOWER PRICE.

By the way - all of these companies are on the Fortune 500 list, and Polymedco is a fart in the wind.

Then their is the fact that this companies "leadership" is absolutely bonkers-crazy-nuts.

Who has recently left the company?
