I've been running reports and looking at my comp plan for the past several days. I'm trying to decipher where the part about getting signatures translates into a bonus or compensation. I have yet to find it. Have any of you fellas found it? I mean it's the only thing my managers talks about when they call me. Because I have 20 signatures, never mind none of my hospitals have a GPO that we can get on and I've been told that without a Maryland jaw they won't look at Voyant. I've got signatures which are more important than worrying with a GPO, why the DCA's have that undercontrol! I'm sure we are going to be compensated for this, right....right?

Listen to me you twat. Just because you forced a doctor’s hand to sign a silly form does not mean that they’re going to use it after we’re done with the evaluation. It doesnt mean SHIT!!!! They just sign it to get us out of their room & out of their face. As soon as we leave, they speak to purchasing & admin and say “give us what we were using back.” If you think a silly form is going to hold up, you’ve really lost your mind. It’s almost 2019 dipshit, not 2002. Get with the times

Because I'm not getting paid for it. Why the fuck would I focus my day around getting signatures that aren't worth the paper they are written on when I could go sell something that I get paid on? We're in sales, we only do things that can make us money. It's not that we can't get them signed, it's that there is literally no value in getting them signed. None. Tell me, do you honestly believe that the paper they signed is somehow a binding contract and when they get pissed because our Open Handpiece's jaw sticks that they will think back and say, "Well I did sign that paper for my rep..."

This company is laughingstock. Management is so out of touch it hurts.

Applied doesn’t innovate. They reinvent the wheel and reverse engineer products that were made by real medical device companies. Applied doesn’t believe in diversity. It’s all about nepotism. How come Applied has had the same 5-6 clowns in management for 15+ years and nobody stays here for more than 2-3 years? It’s because Said is a ruthless coward who is afraid to promote a woman or anyone not in his family into a management position in fear that they’re going to upset his apple cart (I mean his Hilal street meat cart). This company is an utter disaster that’s being driven into the ground by clueless old timers that haven’t stepped foot into an OR in over 10 years, yet they’ll listen to their barely-out-of-college engineers thinking they know anything about what a surgeon needs or wants.

Is it possible they want us getting forms signed to distract us from getting 30% on everything else. I would say Applied wasn’t expecting all the hospitals to take their trocar increases(Premier and Vizient Access Tiers) and Applied paying out idiots because we raised our Prices.

I'm only going to disagree with you on the part about promoting a woman, there's really no need to ever promote a woman. They are way too neurotic to be managing men.

But you're spot on about the rest. I remember when I was working there and we would push the Made In The USA angle. But I always wondered, what good is buying a made in the USA product when it is made by a horde of 3rd worlders? These jobs aren't being filled by Americans. These are not American made products. They are 3rd worlder made products. I found it insulting that someone who was such a hater of America was using that angle to get his cheap crap put over. I spent a little over a year with Applied and I sure as shit haven't missed working for that cheap, forth rate, knock off, medical "device" company.
