Even the people that made Biohell suck are leaving now. Hiring leadership from Biogen is a very risky gamble these days. Likely just going to take your money to fail up again. And leave any org worse than they found it since that's what they do.

He stayed for 30 years annoying his coworkers and regularly underperforming. Never had the guts to actually address the so-called issues while employed.

Staying at Biogen after 2016 was the worst decision that I ever made. Incompetent, unethical, soul crushing hell. Many employees still cared enough to make things work before the current employee apathy took over in 2018 or so. However, effort just made those good employees miserable with time. Superspreader Biogen and Covid then just made working at the company a terrible albeit easy joke. Got out but what a disastrous bunch of "leaders".

I think PG. he got moved to GMTO and zero people blinked an eye because he never did anything in process development other than mess with things that were working fine and reconfigure groups to promote morons.

Basically if your manager is good, who cares life is good But some of the line leads on the leadership team are real bad.
