I think this person meant the ABDs are directing the RSMs.Mostly accurate, but the ABDs don’t train RSMs at all. They just make up spreadsheets and then complain about the reality of the numbers that are entered.

Are ABDs even needed? They seem worthless, annoying, and uncaring. By eliminating that position, it could be one of many ways to not withhold money from sales, and remove the cancer from the BSH division. Two birds taken out with one stone.
It’s been stated many times on here. When you look for blind loyalty and remove those with dissenting opinions, or new ideas this is what you end up with. A bunch of blow hards that do what they’re told and tow the company line.Hard to pick just one but Clint, Billy, and Alex are contenders. Scott and Traci get honorable mentions for being out of touch with reality and unqualified.

Also, yes, Billy is the biggest douche. He was as an AE too. How did he manage to get promoted and not fired when he booked large, fake sales and had low shipments? Oh yeah, it’s because he is part of the “boys club.”
I second getting rid of ABDs. They are way bigger key board warriors than Jake. No value with those 3. Maybe, and that’s a big maybe, they are good for hosting a show but definitely no help for sales. “What’s up?” segment at NSM was cringe.
