That’s what this site is for. Set people up for success. Put it out there. No names are being thrown out even though people do it all the time on this site. They’re hiring to backfill positions. No one is gonna give that info out in their right mind
Agree! If you find a company has numerous openings a year into launch, that should stop you in your tracks. It typically tells you something is wrong with the system & processes…not the reps.Bottom line is that if there is an opening....and there are a lot of them.....then somebody got fired, was about to get fired and quit, or just quit because the company ph'ing sucks. Sure there may have been some bad reps in there like anywhere else but not all of them, and anyone who joins this cluster'ph of a company will find themselves in the same spot in less than a year.
The territories that are doing well have exceptional coverage....here's looking at you NY with your low cost (free) medicaid coverage....pretty easy to get rx with that.
PLACE SUCKS! Gap fill at best.Agree! If you find a company has numerous openings a year into launch, that should stop you in your tracks. It typically tells you something is wrong with the system & processes…not the reps.
Phathom has the following:
-limited funding
-failing stock
-exclusivity date concerns
-coverage issues
-Blink Rx issues
-prescription reporting issues (credit to Rep)
-budgets have been cut
-teams that used to have 12 reps now have 3
-PIP’s implemented across the country
-managers fired
-no field support teams
-no early rx data or pull through data
- tone deaf upper management
-no long term vision
- job instability
I was in the IL area is all I will say. That’s what this site is for. Set people up for success. Put it out there. No names are being thrown out even though people do it all the time on this site. They’re hiring to backfill positions.
Just read this broad. It's a horrible place due to leadership. Many openings are from reps being PiPed out. Good luck to all the new ones.Wow! How many openings do you guys have? Seeing a ton on LinkedIn. Are reps getting canned or quitting?
Reps are being put on PIPs out of the blue with no prior knowledgeWow! How many openings do you guys have? Seeing a ton on LinkedIn. Are reps getting canned or quitting?
Thanks, spoke to the recruiter today. I am backing out after reading all this stuff. I know a lot of stuff on here is BS but seem like some truth. As a good human being, that cares for others well being, I can say, under NO circumstance should you take a job here.
Trust me. Read the message boards, look at the stock, review the quarterly profit/loss, google open positions Phathom, review vonoprazan exclusivity, research the cash runway until bankruptcy, look at vonoprazan coverage issues in the coverage app.
Please don’t say we didn’t tell you so.
You made a great decision. Best of luck to you and your family. Thanks, spoke to the recruiter today. I am backing out after reading all this stuff. I know a lot of stuff on here is BS but seem like some truth.

You made a very smart decision. There is a lot of truth on this page. There are very decent people who’ve been treated poorly. Recruiters are aware also. Thanks, spoke to the recruiter today. I am backing out after reading all this stuff. I know a lot of stuff on here is BS but seem like some truth.
Agree! You made a great decision. Best of luck to you and your family.
And this is exactly why this site is helpfulAgree!
I read my offer letter and the way it reads to me is only if they let us go in under a year. It doesn’t say anything about if we quit.If we quit or get let go do they make us pay the signing bonus back? Can anyone who has left confirm?
Whatever you say SeanDefinitely flaws here at the company, but I have to say too many entitled experienced reps are on this. The ones with 10-20 years of GI experience but can’t win 2 years in a row.
Make excuses all you want, but there are some reps in KY, TX, GA, FL, SC, MI, & CA, who are blowing it out besides NY. Yeah NY is and yes it’s BS how easy they have a Medicaid preferred coverage Blink pharmacy in NY, but the other reps in other states have found a way to win.
