PIPs already?!

Bottom line is that if there is an opening....and there are a lot of them.....then somebody got fired, was about to get fired and quit, or just quit because the company ph'ing sucks. Sure there may have been some bad reps in there like anywhere else but not all of them, and anyone who joins this cluster'ph of a company will find themselves in the same spot in less than a year.

The territories that are doing well have exceptional coverage....here's looking at you NY with your low cost (free) medicaid coverage....pretty easy to get rx with that.

Agree! If you find a company has numerous openings a year into launch, that should stop you in your tracks. It typically tells you something is wrong with the system & processes…not the reps.
Phathom has the following:
-limited funding
-failing stock
-exclusivity date concerns
-coverage issues
-Blink Rx issues
-prescription reporting issues (credit to Rep)
-budgets have been cut
-teams that used to have 12 reps now have 3
-PIP’s implemented across the country
-managers fired
-no field support teams
-no early rx data or pull through data
- tone deaf upper management
-no long term vision
- job instability

PLACE SUCKS! Gap fill at best.

As a good human being, that cares for others well being, I can say, under NO circumstance should you take a job here.

Trust me. Read the message boards, look at the stock, review the quarterly profit/loss, google open positions Phathom, review vonoprazan exclusivity, research the cash runway until bankruptcy, look at vonoprazan coverage issues in the coverage app.

Please don’t say we didn’t tell you so.

Thanks, spoke to the recruiter today. I am backing out after reading all this stuff. I know a lot of stuff on here is BS but seem like some truth.

You made a great decision. Best of luck to you and your family.

You made a very smart decision. There is a lot of truth on this page. There are very decent people who’ve been treated poorly. Recruiters are aware also.
I know something better will come along for you. Best of luck & enjoy the holiday knowing you dodged a giant mess.

Definitely flaws here at the company, but I have to say too many entitled experienced reps are on this. The ones with 10-20 years of GI experience but can’t win 2 years in a row.

Make excuses all you want, but there are some reps in KY, TX, GA, FL, SC, MI, & CA, who are blowing it out besides NY. Yeah NY is and yes it’s BS how easy they have a Medicaid preferred coverage Blink pharmacy in NY, but the other reps in other states have found a way to win.
