It's true. PCLS was bought out for their few remaining clients and LIS setup.

In a few weeks, PCLS managers and supervisors will be taking your order at the Steak N Shake down the street.

2 rounds of layoffs, no sample volume, a pathetic leadership and narcissism galore at this place.

Pacific will ask for all sales people to stay on this week.

Question is, why wait till now to make the offer? When internal people have been given offers already, the first people they should make an offer to is the actual person responsible for the sample. Not marketing, legal, operations,,,

Also with the combo of AIT that will now make 3 duplicate positions in certain sales roles. Management, reps, etc. expect a short term employment with this lab. Will be cutthroat.

Don't let them fool you, if you think PCLS had legal issues, you are in for a huge wake up call with this company.

They will until you sign the non compete. With AIT merger, there will be too many account managers and reps in the same area. You sign a two year non compete and get the boot.
