Last day for most is next Friday. A few will stay on to help with the transition, but even that's not guaranteed to last.



PCLS is no more.

Like a bad soap opera where it just keeps going and going.
You can't end this now...there's so much more to learn

Will they ever find those snacks?
Whats to become of the woman with the red soles shoes?
Will brisket breath ever find his long lost cousin and give him a job too?
Did "who wants to $&@$ me?" At the nsm ever find true love?

I wonder if the PCLS kool-aid drinkers still think the sinking ship can be saved? Any that was in shock today needs punched in the face for staying til the end and not leaving a long time ago.
 
















Seriously....anyone that was caught off guard or didn't see this coming deserves to be out of a job.

2 rounds of layoffs, no sample volume, a pathetic leadership and narcissism galore at this place.

I knew it was over once Chet Cormski turned down their offer. He was the last hope. I'm firing my resumé over to him in the morning -- one of the few trustworthy people in the business.
 
















Pacific will ask for all sales people to stay on this week.

Question is, why wait till now to make the offer? When internal people have been given offers already, the first people they should make an offer to is the actual person responsible for the sample. Not marketing, legal, operations,,,

Also with the combo of AIT that will now make 3 duplicate positions in certain sales roles. Management, reps, etc. expect a short term employment with this lab. Will be cutthroat.

Don't let them fool you, if you think PCLS had legal issues, you are in for a huge wake up call with this company.
