The lab not sales is the reason customers stay! The sales people are just an after thought. Once specimen comes in the door, sales person is meaningless. We win with our service and competence...not because of sales

Every Pickles rep I've known who's left has taken business/specimen with them. Accounts don't care much about the physical lab. Like it or not, your reps are pretty much your only outreach. They are the face of your business. A good rep can switch requisitions w/o a disruption in services. And at the end of the day, accounts don't know PCLS from AIT from Precision...
