I find it comical when a post is deleted that simply points out the facts of how upper management operates to keep their friends around. Or it states what happens to my accounts due the the pure arrogance of another that causes them to drop. It's like the good ol' boys club but with friends and relatives around here.

call around to old operations people, sales managers, etc that have ties to other labs. Route those speciemns to another lab and get paid as a 1099 on the side.

Oh I already have been doing that. Over half of my wins go to my 1099 gig. I just keep my fearless manager happy by bringing in the bare minimum every month. I stay on the salary payroll, 401k, free gas, free meals, paid vacations, and benefits through pcls but make more money via 1099 on the backside!

I for one refuse to believe PCLS has any authority over CP. No freaking way.
CM in "marketing" emails and gets it cleaned up daily. Use initials, no harsh words, put spaces in words so they don't flag. If you have had a post deleted they hold your postings for review. Be smart and you can still point at them and laugh.
Good use of marketing directors time and energy.
How bout doing some thing that helps us sell this POS place?
How bout helping our crack managed care team get us some favorable network status?
How bout following up with the customers that fire us and see why? When you do find out why, how bout fixing that/those issues internally so they don't happen again?
How bout reviewing some of what you learn in exit interviews to hear why people are quitting to get the hell out of here and fixing those issues?
