See all the comments about Maral Rulifson on here from MULTIPLE people yourself and ask yourself WHY she has so many vacant spots in the first place after only a few months as a manager. Hopefully she gets coached and can improve her skill set or a sales rep spot opens up for her so she and the organization doesn’t have so much turnover and negative environment on her team.

Whenever a company tries to pull you in by calling you “family”….RUN!

They must have pulled a Biden with mail in surveys of employees, because not a SINGLE PERSON I know wrote anything positive on Phathom and they say 9/10 employees are happy here? Rubbish.
