Phathom

The company did a couple of really good things lately:

1. They lowered the IC minimum for Q2 and also changed it for Q3 which were smart moves to improve the reps moral and more fair.
2. Made improvements to the co-pay cards.
3. A lot of excitement for possible NERD indication.
I fully agree. And good for Phathom. They decided to take care of their reps which encourages everyone even shareholders. Happy salesforce = more Rx’s

Over 13 million shorts and increasing. We are one of the highest shorted stocks in the country, big money is not afraid of this gaining approval and clearly are betting on phathom to fail
But at any moment Phathom stock may result in short squeeze stock. Thats where the money is. It’s in the risk. And the payout is big

Dear leadership,

Can you please explain to me why a rep has less than half my scripts is only making 3000 less than me and I’m barely making over ten grand?!?! Pay for performance assholes! Piss poor leadership. Never ever seen a launch with this pathetic of pay for killing it. You dumbfucks would make much more revenue if you paid for out performing. Duh where did u get ur degree?
