Pfizer layoffs to be MASSIVE this December!

No I don't think every is a Pfizer legacy who does not know anything, what ever the hell that means. Pfizer sold the most successful drug in history, have you heard of Lipitor? The Docs you called on years ago are either retired or have joined hospitals that ban Reps. The current E Reps are working hard to get past the gate keepers and have been since Feb. You're just starting to knock on the doors.

And don't give us some BS about how you're different. You will not get access to key cards every two weeks or 3 or 4. It'll be an uphill battle

Hey you moron, you mean Warner Lambert sold the most successful drug in history who brought Pfizer in as the side-show. Just because Pfizer bought WL doesn't mean squat about Pfizer. And Lipitor is not a cardio drug that is specifically related to anticoagulant therapy. Almost every specialty was a target for cholesterol market you dip___. You Pfizer people will never take your heads out of you aholes, thinking you know when docs retire or ban reps. If you current E reps. had any relationships with those docs, you would have been doing something for the past 8 months. Everyone knows it, no need to fake that the reps. put on Eliquis did not have cardio relationships. Now you gotta bring in the IS A team to help your sorry __ out.

Your whole post is fing ridiculous. We don't know access in our Territories? We don't know when docs retire? Who cares who invented Lipitor, what's relevant is who owned it at LOE.

You mention Lipitor wasn't a cardio drug specifically related to ac therapy, wtf? No shit. But I called on cards and now those same card offices are owned by hospitals that ban starters, lunches and materials. Two hospitals ban Reps period. If you aren't aware of the current market dynamics happening across the US I weep for your new team mates.

SORRY TO BURST YOUR BUBBLE. NO CHANGES TO IS ARE PLANNED IN 2014 or 2015.

Ok IS Rep, you are a sad case! You are so dumb, even Eliquis team wants you to ONLY make calls-do not deviate from the list. You are getting PAID on NUMBER OF CALLS!!! That is NOTHING more than contract!! NOTHING!
They tell you that your "skills" in the hospital are so great that they gave you Eliquis, but in reality, you are not using those skills. NO ONE IN THIS COMPANY RESPECTS YOU. I am sorry but it is true. You guys need to humble yourselves and come down a notch to reality.

One thing we don't need is primary care reps. trying to explain to hospital reps. what access is like in the hospital. Or what doctors have decided to join an ACO model owned by the hospitals, which is what your trying to say but don't fully understand what your talking about. Typical
